2025 Public Law
The VA 2025 Public Law has been published. Here are the key documents and dates. Note that NFAMP/FCP pricing should be sent by November 21, 2024 for an effective date of 1/1/2025.
Here is an abbreviated timeline. For full instructions and due dates refer to the PBM Letter and the Annual Guidance.
- October 1 — FSS Instruction Letters sent to vendors by NAC.
- October 17 — PBM Dear Manufacturer Letters (DML) submitted to contract holders by VA Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM).
- November 15 — Deadline for submitting annual NFAMP reports for FY2024 and calendar Q3 2024 calculation results to PBM. Submit as early as possible prior to this deadline.
- October and November — FCP verified by PBM and forwarded to the Contracting Officer (CO).
- November 21 — The authorized official who signed your firm’s PPA Addendum for 2025 FCPs (or an authorized successor) must prepare and sign a new PPA addendum. Submit a properly prepared Request For Modification (RFM) package to incorporate updated pricing into your FSS contract. To ensure receipt of your firm’s RFM, the Subject Line must have the following identifying information: RFM Contract Number PL2025. Email your completed package to ammhin.pl102585@va.gov and to your assigned contract specialist.
- December 31 — Deadline for vendors to provide updated PPA Addendum to the CO.
