2025 Annual Public Law Preparation
VA has begun preparations for the 2025 Public Law. Each manufacturer's current contact should have received an email requesting updated information. If you have not received the email, please contact your VA Contracting Officer.
Manufacturers must update any Point of Contact (POC) information prior to the start of the pricing season. Manufacturers should verify the following:
- Company name and all contract numbers
- Name and email addresses for the manufacturer contract administrator as well as the sales contact
Manufacturers can review their current mailing and VA contract information at the VA National Acquisition Center Contract Catalog website.
You must reply to the email whether or not you have changes. Responses must be received by 8/30/2024. Once information is received, the VA will respond with a test email to ensure it has been entered correctly.
The VA has also suggested creating an email group for efficiency and has provided the email addresses for this purpose.
