On April 1st, the VA launched their new IFF Sales Reporting Portal (SRP). If you haven't already done so, you should Register for the portal at your convenience. This period's IFF, which reports on government sales for the January - March 2024 period, is due April 30, 2024.
Aside from a sleeker user interface, one improvement of the new portal is that the Primary and Alternate Contract Points of Contact will now be able to view, report and pay the Industrial Funding Fee each quarter. In the old portal, only the Sales Contract Point of Contact could access and complete the IFF filing requirements.
As part of the application roll out, the VA is requiring that certain contractors complete a "credit disclaimer" form. This is applicable to your contract if you had an active contract as of February 14, 2024 and your account contained a credit (i.e. an overpayment).
If you received a notification from the VA, you will need to complete the attached form with the required information (FSS contract number, signatory name) and have an authorized signatory sign and date. Signed copies of the Credit Disclaimer must be submitted by April 30, 2024 to fsssales@va.gov and include the subject line “Sales — SRP Credit Disclaimer.”
The VA confirmed that only those VA/FSS contractors that received a notice from OPAL@messages.va.gov need to complete and submit a SRP Credit Disclaimer form. So, if you didn't receive a notification there is no action required.
Feel free to reach out to the Woven team if you have any questions!
